What are service hours, and how do I complete them?

According to Yuan Ze University's Service Learning regulations, students must complete 18 hours of course time and 18 hours of activity time before graduation. To sign up for activities, visit your portal under "Activity Search" or check email notifications from different units. If an activity counts towards service hours, it will be listed in the event registration system. After signing up, go to your portal under "Service Learning" to pre-select the activity, attend, sign in, and fill out the log for approval.

When is the latest I can submit the service log?

You must submit the log within one week after the event, excluding the event day. For example, if the event is on 01/01/113, the log must be submitted by 01/08/113 at 23:59. Late submissions will not be accepted unless the system still allows it. In such cases, you have until the end of the semester to submit.

Why haven't I received my points after submitting the log?

Logs may be rejected for the following reasons, and rejected logs will not be reconsidered:

1. You didn’t sign in personally

2. The log content is incomplete

3. The log is less than 150 words
